The struggling times for Tirupur market are also seemingly over with many zero discharge water treatment plants running in full capacity addressing the entire need of the industry. As a result, in 2011-2012, the value of apparel exports from Tirupur cluster stayed at US $ 2.3 billion, showing no decline compared with previous year’s exports.
